Mertens House has a full-time activity director who engages our residents with a wide variety of activities that challenge them mentally and physically. Here’s a sampling of what’s happening:

We believe that the medical, physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs of each resident should be met and fulfilled.
We believe that residents should be encouraged to maintain as much independence as possible. We believe everyone, especially the aged, need to retain their dignity and sense of self worth.
We are a smoke free facility and meet state and federal fire and safety code standards.
We are located on Route 4 (River Street) across from the Woodstock Recreation Center, between Eaton Place and Rose Hill.
